Work / Philosophy ___________________________________________________________________________
" His work includes drawings, concept-objects, installations, but also performance happenings.
I – GRAPHIC WORKS
a) They trace a minimalist and conceptual path On paper, with black, white or colour ink, diagrams; In the centre, a being, some leaves, a tree with humanoid roots. The same structure weaves together man and nature. Their unity? The presence of energizing fields. The force-field emanating from the body outline one or many "Auras". They connect first names located inside or on the periphery. The carnal envelope may disappear. Being is nothing but points, lines, networks prolonged ad infinitum. Words, "Love", constitute a column of light. Spiritual galaxies are born.
b) Analysis of an "Aura" enlightens us on the artist’s work and concepts. On a homogeneous background, iconic, a human form lies before us, true ancient Victor, palms in front. Waves of colour seem to emanate from it:
- red in the genital area, - gold for the solar plexus, - green in the heart and the hand, - blue at the level of the neck, - purple at the top of the cranium where white volutes rise in spirals. A harmony emerges associating principles of symmetry and letting symbolic meanings show through: - The human being is facing its destiny, He practises sharing and real self-sacrifice, - He bathes in a cosmic egg, in perfect immanence, - Within him, the chromatic rise is identified with the localization of chakras, - He aspires to Transcendence and the Ineffable. II – CONCEPT-OBJECTS
a) Seeds The morphological aesthetic of seeds stuck on a canvass is reinforced by the connotations which it suggests: the function of biological origins, ecology, bionics, relations of man with nature, such as shown by BEUYS.
b) Thorns "Any rose has its thorns" which express tough reality. They encircle man, his heart, his traces. Spiritual ascent makes it possible to abstract oneself from them and to steer towards clarity.
III – THE INSTALLATIONS
An object named "Der Heile" "The Saved" is a structure with a human form, huge, made up of 144 drawers built by different people. This interactive "human-library", can be invested with our imaginary world, our desires and our wants. Christian Havet makes clear that each one comprises a positive intention destined for another person, and beyond, for the entire social body in order to restore its well-being.
These various analyses enable us to approach the richness of this work and the complexity of its creator. Christian Havet ascends to the sources of contemporary animism, but reworks it. He has welcomed the shamanic teaching of Mexican curanderos. He uses the knowledge of Eastern spirituality. He evokes the principles of Chinese medicine. He integrates Greek philosophical thought with the wisdom of Saint Paul. He condenses quantum and spiritual light. In his art, his praxis and his creed, he recommends a Harmony of Body and Spirit through the conquest of Peace and Love. "

“ Christian Havet works aim tend to express the human destiny in its highest meaning. The therapeutic elements is to his eyes indissociable of the artistic moment. Just like Beuys defined the Man-artist as plastics technician of the social organism (the society), Christian Havet sees in the creative act the possibility of curing our society. Does not he say: “Art has a concrete energetic value and I truly believe it can have a strong influence on the society's harmony in the world. Art must promote a deep thought about our society rather than to serve aesthetism. ” ? He adds: « So Art has more to talk about " health " rather than to serve aesthetism. The healing of our society as our body sickness, is more closely connected with the « heart » than with the « intellect ». Havet dares a new perfectly innovative and experimental road for the modern art there and underlines the therapeutic dimension of this last one … So Christian Havet takes root through his art in the present, because it is very there that he wants to act. It is thus quite logical that he does not refer to last times. Very few he lets show through his works, his knowledge of the ancestral healing techniques... But this recovers from a subject belonging to another register. It is the human being who is mostly the central subject of these works full of sensibility. Under the shape of a silhouette, surrounded with floating roses thorns, this man reminds Jesus, those who suffer, but also the danger pressing on People to die innocent. Posed on a leaf of tree, a semi-human fragile creature, semi-eagle, is like crossing by spasms of life, light and energy and seems to be the symbol of the ceaseless cycle of the growth and the fleetingness. Here are works of art which speak about the life and death in the spirit of the motives for Vanitas, or of Goethe: "die and become!” ”

The world of subtle energy is related to consciousness and this connection between « light » and « body » misses in contemporary art and finds its place in a communion between men; to be acting it must come out of the workshops. We can play with the image, the representation, not with the Being. I wisch to create works that brought together the joy of life and the life in society. Art as a survival strategy... I consider the artistic practice as a present reality, as a life experience. My artistic productions are deeply connected with my work as healer / modern shaman.
The aim is also to support sustainable development by demonstrating what « enewable energy » far from new technologies, can achieve ! C.H.
